Over the last few months I’ve been preparing a piece for the concert dedicated to the memory of victims of the Katyn massacre in 1940. However, in the light of the tragedy in which so many people lost their lives in a plane crash in Smolensk, this piece gained a new meaning.
I dedicate this piece to all the people who fight for independence and freedom of their countries all over the world. Your courage and sacrifice will stay in our hearts and memories forever. With my highest gratitude and love.
